September in November

Nashville, TN: I was looking back on previous posts and notice that some of them are fairly melancholy. I don't mean to be a downer, but I tend to blog when I'm being self-reflective or needing a space in the internet atmosphere to clear my head. However, overall, life is good. I feel my tears are in balance with my laughs. For every dark night, there's a bright morning. My friends are plentiful and my family is loving.

Today, I wanted to write a happy blog. Just to let those who read this and who ask me on occasion, "are you ok?" that... I am. I'm still trying to figure out my path, stumbling along the way, making big stupid mistakes, but... everything's cool. ☺

And nothing makes me happier than hearing one of my favorite songs by Earth Wind And Fire. Now that I've found the video, I realize that the only thing better than hearing it is SEEING it!
