Nashville, TN: Somehow, in my years of logistics and organization, I have picked up photography. What started as part of my job in tour sponsorship, soon grew to taking behind the scenes
live music shots, published
magazine articles and ads, and one
little wedding.
What I've recently enjoyed is sharing my somehow-stumbled-upon-and-incredible-grateful-for gift with my friends and the moments that make up the story of their lives. Though I am by far to be considered what I think of as a "real" photographer, I tried to capture the love between a baby and her mother during a shoot of my 8 week old Goddaughter,
Lennox. Next, I spent a morning with a bunch of women in the middle of a field in July in Nashville (read: holy hot, batman) taking pictures of the
24 principles from
Find Your Way Home.
This past weekend, I was asked to shoot my friend,
Katrina's wedding to her energetic and adoring soul mate, Barry. With the assistance (both with camera lenses and moral support) of
Becky Fluke, I hoped to have taken a few pictures that will remind them of the beauty, laughter and sacredness of the day.
